My Background and Training

For 30+ years, I’ve honed my wisdom, skills and experience as an “inner circle” administrative support professional for top-tier executives in a variety of business areas.

Some of my strengths are:

  • Versatility
  • Critical thinking
  • Emotional maturity
  • Forward thinking
  • Persistence
  • Resourcefulness
  • Calmness
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Passion for excellence

It’s my natural inclination to come from a place of service, and I get excited about administrative problem-solving and connecting people and resources to support my clients in creating success.
I cherish my clients and I get satisfaction from knowing them on a personal level.

I created Champion Administrative Resources so that I could bring together my life experience, talents, values, and express them in a creative new way to benefit my virtual clients.

I was featured in the article “Super Assistants and Why You Need One” in the November 2006, issue of Arizona Woman Magazine.  I was also featured in the article “Picking the Right Assistant” in the November 1, 2006, issue of the Arizona Republic newspaper.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING:

  • Graduate of Assist University®, the world’s premier training program for Virtual Assistants

I’m always learning something new!  I participate in regular continuing education, and I’m always on the lookout for new technology, resources, and information that will benefit my clients.

ON A MORE PERSONAL NOTE:

I live in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona with my amazing husband Frank, who is an ICF-accredited family relations coach and owner of Champion Coach-ing and World Class Parenting.  I’m also blessed by a blended family that includes several adult children, grandchildren and two mothers in their 90’s.
